How to make the bread

In addition to the flour mixture you only need:

4 dl of water

6 tablespoons of oil

Stir the boiled hot water, oil and add the mixture in a bowl.

Spread the mixture as a thin layer on an oven plate covered with baking paper. To make it really thin use a rolling pin but cover the mixture temporarily with an other piece of baking paper.  The whole bag is enough for two oven plates!

Spread some salt on the bread dough.

Bake for 25-40 minutes in 175 degrees or 30-40 minutes in 150 degrees in an fan-assisted oven.

Bread mix is gluten- and additive-free.
