A lihapiirakka (literally "meat pie") is an everyday Finnish dish available as fast food and even sold in supermarkets. It is a form of savoury meat doughnut made from dough and filled with a spicy mixture of minced meat and cooked rice.

Traditionally the pastry is eaten as whole or as split and filled with a frankfurter or other type of sausage. Generally they are served with ketchup, mustard and a cucumber relish.
